Our client is a behavioral health provider based out of USA specializing in comprehensive support for children with autism and their families​

Challenge

Medical practitioner is often facing problem to get a comprehensive view of a patient’s health history and spending more time on analyzing data of the patient manually. They also found inefficiencies in data sharing between the therapists and health care providers.​

Solution

Developed an application for retrieving and analyzing patient healthcare data, offering insights, and suggesting therapist to providers, with a focus on integrating seamlessly with EHR systems such as cerner and epic, providing integration at provider’s clinical workflow

  • A SMART on FHIR application was developed, which facilitates the provider to know the Rank of the therapist by stratifying the severity of current behavioral health state of the patient. ​
  • Alongside identifies and empowers the physician by segregating and displaying recent therapy visits, the notes from therapist. This details can be utilized as suggestions for further diagnosis. ​
  • These recommended therapists are generated by the proprietary algorithm which shall expect information from the patient – demographics, conditions, Allergy intolerance, Medications, Diagnostic reports, and encounters.​
  • Upgraded to Azure Health Data Service from HAPI FHIR and made application to facilitate – Provider API, Patient Access API, FHIR Bulk data access (Web Hooks) along with existing SMART on FHIR.
