We have an in-house team to oversee all our development activities, but we need a Quality Engineering partner to fasten our release cycle. How can you co-exist with my team and deliver results?

We have experience working as an extended quality engineering arm for product companies. We split our QE teams and map with your agile pods. Our team prepares the acceptance criteria, sets up different environments, writes test cases, executes them, and shares the detailed test results daily with your in-house team. We also follow Issues Tracking + Test Management + DevOps tooling that enables disparate remote teams to work together without silos.

How many levels of testing do you conduct while developing a solution?

We follow four testing levels as standard practice during development.

Unit Testing: Validating an individual function, program, procedure
Integration Testing: Find interface defects between modules & functions
Systems Testing: Test the complete application against quality standards
Acceptance Testing: Determine whether the change is ready for release

How do you identify & eliminate a defect early to save the development cost?

We recommend following a shift-left approach where our QE engineer works closely with Developers from Day 1 in requirement discussions and prepare technical and functional acceptance criteria. After each program completion, the QE engineer test that function and identifies the incorrect implementations, scope variance, and missing functionality. QE shares test results with the Developer over collaborated DevOps tools and mitigate risk at an early stage.

We recommend Selenium because it is open-source yet reliable and has the below technical benefits compared to other tools.
